To the Beltone Hearing Center of Hyannis ,

Six months ago I was shopping for hearing aids. After stopping at two other centers I came to Beltone. The reception I received quickly put me at ease and I was impressed with the personal attention I received. The professionalism of the staff made me feel confident in purchasing my aids from you. I have been back several times for adjustments and just to ask questions. The service this office has given me has been excellent and I certainly will recommend Beltone to all interested. Dear Mr. Marinaro,

I had been hearing impaired for over 25 years and never considered hearing aids because of other people's complaints of background noise and feedback problems from their hearing aids. I didn't want to spend money on hearing aids to sit in a dresser drawer.

When I got your invitation in the mail to come in for an evaluation, I thought I would see just how bad my hearing was. After just one office visit in the morning, my hearing aids were ready later that same day. What a wonderful surprise to be able to hear crickets and sounds I didn't even realize I was missing, without feedback and background noise! I didn't even have to make any adjustments on them myself.

It's been a great experience and I wear them everyday, all day!

Dear Beltone New England ,

I wanted to write and let you know how pleased I am with my new Mira hearing aids. For a first time user of hearing aids, I came in for the hearing test very skeptical and not wanting to admit that I needed help with my hearing.

However, after a very thorough and interesting exam, Ean helped me understand that because hearing declines so gradually over time, I didn't realize how much I was really missing out on. There was a little bit of adjusting to do over a few visits to get the optimum results that I experience now, but the benefits gave far outweighed this minor adjustments period.

My wife has definitely noticed a difference. She feels it is a genuine improvement. She can converse with me a lot better. I am able to listen to the radio or a conversation with anybody who is in the car with me. I've always had difficulty hearing other people, even at the same table with me in a restaurant. I found that the few times I've used a restaurant since I've had these, it's much different. I can hear everybody talk individually. I feel like I can carry on a conversation with them with no problem. These hearing aids cut down on background noise and allow me to hear speech. It is a very quick response time in hearing the human voice.

I wanted to let you know how pleased I was, especially with the excellent care from the specialist here, Ean Clough, who has made this such a simple and rewarding transition!
